Unfortunately, books are sometimes damaged in shipping and we are sorry that happens.
If you receive a product that is damaged, we ask that you email girlof10kbooks@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
In most cases, we will replace the book(s) at no cost to you. Replacements are subject to availability.
